 Well, what's here?

This is just a tool that will save you time when accessing Buy/Build mode and creating your own buildings.

*You need to load a world before you can access Buy/Build mode and work on lot.

Well, this is the small world loading in a few seconds.
A lot of lots with popular sizes.
A lot of space for you to place lots of any size you want.
Flat map.
No trees or spawners.
Default lighting.
Easy routing.

Required Base Game only.

Patch 1.63-1.67.,
but I think there will be no problems on other patches.

The Map Size is Medium.

No trees or Spawn Points.
Default lighting.
Easy routing.

Lot sizes:
64x64 = 3
60x60 = 3
50x50 = 8
50x40 = 2
40x40 = 8
30x40 = 6
30x30 = 6
30x20 = 8
20x20 = 7
20x40 = 2
All lots are empty.

Also there are large free area on the map where you can make more lots with sizes you like.

Don't forget that you can create lot of any size using Add Any Lot Size mod by velocitygrass.

Don't forget that weight of map and the loading time increases if you place built-up areas close to each other.

INSTALLATION
---------------------

1.
Extract files from the archive using 7zip by Igov Pavlov or any other same tool.
7-zip is free software with open source which correctly unpacking 7z, ZIP, .RAR and many others.
Download 7-zip from the official website:
https://www.7-zip.org/

2.
Instal MFC Builders World from .Sims3Pack file using Sims3Launcher or S3PackageViewer.

3.

- просто удобный инструмент для тех, кто хочет строить собственные домики и не тратить время на остальное.

*Чтобы получить доступ в Режим Покупки / Строительства и начать строить свой домик, надо сперва начать игру и загрузить городок.

Ну и зачем тратить время на загрузку симов, зданий, объектов, которые вам сейчас не нужны?
Вот вам маленький городок без деревьев, спаунеров, гор и сложностей,
который загрузится за пару секунд!

В городке уже размещены участки под застройку
всех популярных размеров:
64x64 = 3
60x60 = 3
50x50 = 8
50x40 = 2
40x40 = 8
30x40 = 6
30x30 = 6
30x20 = 8
20x20 = 7
20x40 = 2

...и много свободного места под дополнительные участки!
Карта городка ровная, поэтому вы сможете разместить много своих участков!

Не забудьте, что вы можете добавить на карту участок любого размера,
используя мод Add Any Lot Size mod

Не забудьте, что размещение застроенных участков близко друг к другу нагружает игру
и делает загрузку более долгой.

Just make a separate room in your building on a Community lot with a minimum size of 5x5, install a Rug or a Door in it – and the building will work like a Rabbit Hole!   Non-Default Replacement! Now you have 3 options for each Rabbit Hole – the buildings by EA, the Rug and the Door! You can use them all at the same time or choose any of them! Just put the selected files in Mods/Packages. It is really killing you if you play the game with NRaas Story Progression.
